The first outing was the Spring Road Club Meet in Essex which was not the most relaxing owing to a young horse getting a bit excited in the wheel, however, all was well and experience gained.
The first Coaching Club Meet of the Year, the Cornflower Drive hosted by the Royal Logistics Corps at Deepcut Barracks was much more relaxed except for one
Rod and Chris who despite immediately seeing the humorous side of the situation affected the rescue.
A first trip to the Hereford Driving
Show gave the horses another nice
outing and they recorded their first
win of the season. (see photo right)
Royal Windsor followed with a
lovely drive which was sadly not
reflected in the placings and then
we crossed the Channel for the first
of our European trips.
